Do I have to provide my email and phone number?
You need at least one method of contact to sign up for loyalty rewards.
How are points calculated?
You’ll earn 1 point for every dollar spent on eligible items. Purchases are rounded to the nearest $1.
When will my points show in my account?
Points will typically appear within 24 hours after an in-store purchase. Points may not immediately reflect in your account and we have no control over the speed.
How long do my earnings last?
Points do not expire. Accounts with no transaction activity for 365 days or more will be deactivated and any existing points and rewards forfeited.
What happens if I make a return?
All purchases are final and we do not make returns.
If a return is made, any earned points from the original purchase will be deducted, and rewards earned because of the original purchase will be removed. If a return results in a negative balance, future purchases will be credited to that negative balance until the account is made positive.
Can I combine multiple rewards?
Rewards cannot be combined together. Redeemed points are deducted from your account and any applicable rewards associated with the remaining point balance will be reflected.
Can transaction discounts be combined with my rewards?
Transaction discounts, such as the senior and military discount, and rewards cannot be redeemed in the same purchase.

Loyalzoo is a third-party company that administers the Hinds Hospice Thrift Stores Loyalty Rewards program.
Do I need to download the Loyalzoo App?
You do not need to download the app. You can sign up with your email or a phone number. We recommend downloading the Loyalzoo app to better manage your account.

We recommend downloading the Loyalzoo app so you can better manage your loyalty rewards account with us. You can also update your information when checking out in-store.
